For the last four days, I have tried to start this blog post, but then i felt sooooo naseus that i had to stop. And here is why...
We started off day nine as a pretty exciting day, on our way to the city of kas (pronounced cash) to catch our boat that we are to spend day nine and ten. This next pic is of sarah and i - sarah is dubbed our camera lady of the group, she takes amazing photos and is always giving me great tips. She doesnt quite like taking photos of herself tho, this is prob the one of maybe two shots she has of herslef lol.
We get on the boat selin3 and head for the open water of the mediterranean sea. As soon as i get on the boat, i realize...crap, forgot to take sea sick pills. Now for those ppl who have ever gotten sea sick and needed to take those pills, u know that you have to take it at least twenty mins ot half hour before.
Immediately, the boat starts to rock back and forth and i become nauseous. I go down into the "cabin rooms" to get changed where its supppper rocky and supppper hot. By the time i come back up, i already feel like losing my lunch. Luckily, our first stop is only twenty minutes away. The second we drop ancor, i jump into th water so i can be off the boat.
Little did i know, water still rocks while you are in the water. It was not a good feeling. The fish in the mediterranean thanks for me the lunch i provided them. The positive side of it was that we had an amazing view of the turkish and greek islands.
After i took the special sea sick pills from the captain, i remained non-sea sick for the remaining of the day. Sunset was gorgeous, especially eqtching the sun go down while sitting on a boat, laughing with nre found freinds ans juat relaxing.
The boat actually had its own grill...we had deliciously grilled fish and chicken that night along with many turkish mezes plates (smal dishes)
The night, my wish finally came true i slept under the stars. It was kind of a weird feeling, staring up at a starlit sky. In the middle of the night i would suddenly wake up and when i opened my eyes, all i saw were stars. Eerie, but beautiful. I really wanted to take a pic of it to post, but aparenlty you need a suppppppper expensive high quality cam for that. All i got was the moon...even tho this isnt even good...but the moon nonetheless.
